Minimum curing: 30 months. Our acorn Iberico hams have been manufactured from Iberico pigs, fed in the montanera season, in large dehesas. These extensions of land –the so called dehesas- are rich in pastures with different types of acorns and typical vegetation from the dehesa ecosystem.

Minimum curing: 24 months. All of our Iberico Hams have been manufactured from Iberico pigs. These pigs have been meticulously selected and fattened with fodder –under the supervision of the Guijuelo Regulatory Board-, as a complement to the acorn.
